On May 15th at the traditional event “Museums Night” the Olympic Museum hosted Anti-Doping Agency of Serbia and the Sport Association of Serbia. Museum visitors had the opportunity to informed about the doping control procedure, to see how doping kits looks and get a pocket guide about doping and the book “100 questions about doping.” They were interested how athletes are selected for testing, which is a substance commonly used and all visitors were familiar with basic concepts of anti-doping fight.
Along with ADAS, SMAS educated citizens by measuring them on the Tanita scale. Showing great interest a 120 visitors have received a certificate as a memento to the “Museum Night” in which they found basic information on body composition. Such attendance shows that there is citizen interest in sport, doping and healthy behavior.
