The Appeal Council for Anti-Doping Rule Violations of the Anti-Doping Committee, acting on Uros Avramovic’s appeal against the decision of the Handball Federation of Serbia, partially adopted appeal and modified the decision of the Handball Federation of Serbia, by reducing the imposed measure of ban from participating in sports from two to one year.
Avramovic had AAF for the prohibited substance Sibutramine during the control conducted on May 27, 2022.
The ban runs from the date of provisional suspension on July 8, 2022, and expires on July 8, 2023.
