After ratification of World Conference on Doping in Sport Resolution, on December 2003. Serbian Parliament brought Law on prevention of doping in sports on November 14. 2005. and after that Executive board was constituted and nominated Director of Antidoping Agency of Serbia on December 12. 2005. Members of Managing Board from 2005 till 2009 were: Milena Reljin Tatic, Prof. Dr. Nenad Djurdjevic, Dr. Ljiljana Vujotic, Zoran Jovanovic, Prof. Dr. Dragan L. Republic of Serbia has ratified UNESCO International convention against doping in sport in May of 2009. Anti-Doping regulations in Republic of Serbia are in line with World Anti-Doping Code and ADAS is “Code Compliant“ with 2009 World Anti-Doping Code according to WADA confirmation from 6th January 2009.
