This helps ensure that their anti-doping responsibilities and restrictions are taken into account when treatment is prescribed, thereby helping to avoid anti-doping rule violations.<\/p>\n<h3>The Principle of Strict Liability<\/h3>\n<p>It is the athlete\u2019s responsibility to ensure that no prohibited substance enters their body.
